Fred Sidney Valentin Forslund (May 26, 1923 – October 24, 2007) was a Swedish ceramicist, writer and teacher.
Forslund studied at konstfackskolan in Stockholm. He opened his own ceramics workshop Hägerstens Keramik in 1947 where he made traditional utility and ornaments in earthenware and during the second half of the 1950s he also works for Svensk Hemslöjd in Stockholm. He was offered the place as principal at Nyckelviksskolan in 1960, which results in a move of both family and the ceramics workshop to Örby outside Stockholm. He left the vice-chancellor's position in 1969 to work full-time on his own creation. He was awarded the National Work Grant in 1974 and in the same year he published the book Elementary Ceramics. He signed his objects with Hägersten Keramik 1947-1960 and after 1960 with F. Forslund. He has participated in exhibitions at Höganäs Museum as well as in the USA and England. Forslund is represented at the National Museum.
