In 1928, six years after Adolf Dam's death, the business in Boda was closed down. Gabriel Burmeister, who in 1925 bought the bankruptcy estate after Tillinge Fajansfabrik, chose to lease the factory in Boda during the years 1928-1932. He continues with the manufacture of ornamental, utility and ordinary household goods according to Boda's models and uses the same molds and the same glaze. There is therefore no difference between Boda's and Burmeister's production at the factory during these years, other than the signing. After Gabriel's takeover, the estate is signed with Burmeister's famous signature - a crowned "G", sometimes along with the deep stamp "BF".

Gratings manufactured at Boda during the period 1928-1932. The estate was stamped with Gabriel Burmeister's signature, a crowned G, sometimes also with a deep stamp B.F. The light barrel is signed both "G" and "BF", while the darker one has only a "G".
